South Africa General Mission

'The Cape General Mission' was founded on the 12^th March 1889. It was from this organization, that 'The English Council' arranged to combine the Cape General Mission, with the short lived 'Southeast Africa Evangelistic Mission' (Zululand / Natal). Thus establishing 'The South Africa General Mission'. William Spencer Walton returned to South Africa from England in September 1894, accompanied by three new workers, to start a new chapter in the missions’ work. In the coming years, the 'Firstfruits in Swazieland’ were achieved as they expanded their work in southern Africa.
